Packaging: Standard jewel case with a clear tray and a 16-page booklet. Pages 8-9 and 10-11 are double length and are folded to form an additional panel.

Windows Media Player confirms that this CD is encoded with HDCD software however, there is no mention of this anywhere on the release.
